KEMMA (Kindness, Empowerment, Mobilization, Motivation, Advocacy) is a women-led community development organization working to transform lives in Cameroon, starting with vulnerable communities. We build resilient, self-sustaining communities where every person can live with dignity and hope.

Our story
Rooted in Compassion. Driven by Action.
Before KEMMA was formally created, Mr and Mrs Emmanuel Wakili carried out many humanitarian activities in their communities. These efforts laid the foundation for our work today.
- Supported community development projects, including pipe-borne water in villages.
- Empowered women, girls and vulnerable persons through capital for petty trade and small businesses.
- Promoted education with scholarships and school materials.
- Supported NGOs and associations through financial and material donations.
- Assisted vulnerable populations to enroll in and complete vocational training programs.
These long-standing efforts showed the power of focused support and led to the formal establishment of KEMMA to scale and structure our impact.
